Follow Up From Our WIC Salad Supper

Our WIC Salad Supper was a sweet time of food, fellowship, and challenge as Carol Arnold shared with our ladies.  Five years ago, Carol's husband and long time pastor Jack Arnold died in the pulpit while preaching on his life verse, "To live is Christ and to die is gain."  Jack's final words during his sermon were, "When I go to Heaven."  Soon after losing her husband, Carol found a page of notes in his files named, "What Every Pastor Wishes the Women in his Church Knew."  Carol had never heard him teach on this.  Perhaps he had not gotten around to it or perhaps he was scared to death teach on this subject!  But now Carol has taken opportunity to share this with ladies throughout the PCA and beyond.  What a joy to have Carol share the evening with our ladies!
